Connect your Legale account to Claude, GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT and get the status of your signatures by asking for it. No spreadsheet exports, no cross-referencing files, no leaving the conversation.

Building the monthly signature report today means logging into Legale, filtering by date, exporting the list, sorting in Excel, counting what’s pending, going back to the platform to check case by case who hasn’t responded, copying names, building the table, and only then writing the text. Two or three hours, and the result goes stale the moment somebody signs.
With the connector, that whole sequence becomes a conversation. You ask your assistant for the month’s status with the detail of every stalled workflow, then ask it to write that up as a briefing note with the oldest cases called out. Two responses. If someone in the meeting asks about a specific counterparty, you check it on the spot.
The gain isn’t only time. It’s that a report you used to schedule becomes something you can ask for on an ordinary Tuesday.

With the same controls as always #
Read-only. The connector queries and nothing else. It doesn’t create workflows, send documents for signature, modify templates or delete anything. Signing still happens only in Legale.
Your permissions, no exceptions. The connection sees exactly what you see in the platform. If a file isn’t yours to open, it doesn’t show up in the conversation either.
One key per person. Each AI service requests its own authorization. Keys aren’t shared between users or across platforms, and no configuration file contains them. Delete your API key and the connection stops working immediately.
Everything is logged. Every query is recorded with the identity of whoever made it and the operation invoked, in the same audit trail as every other access to your account.

FAQ #
Does the AI provider keep my documents? The connector returns the data that answers each query, not a dump of your account. What happens to that information afterwards is governed by the terms of the AI service you use.
Can I revoke access? Yes. Delete the API key from your Legale account and the connection is dead on the spot, with nothing to uninstall.
Can other people in my organization see what I look up? No. Each connection is individual and runs on its owner’s permissions.
Can the assistant sign for me? No. No write operation is available through the connector.
Can I trust the answers? The answers come from your real data, but AI can get a summary wrong. For figures headed to a board, a client or a court, check them in the platform before you sign off on the report.
