Get support by creating a request

Contacting support #

To start a conversation with the support team, go to the side menu and click on Need help?.
Inside this section, select Support center.
This will open a support panel on the right side of the screen, where you can communicate directly with the team. From there, you can create a new request using the Create request button, check requests by status (Open, In progress, or Closed), and review the history of previous tickets.


 


Support request creation #

After selecting the support option, you’ll see a new pop-up window with the option to manage your tickets. Click the Create request button to begin the process of opening a new request. Once you click “Create request,” you’ll be asked to complete the necessary information to describe your issue or request. Make sure to provide clear details to facilitate the support process.

You can check the status of your request from this same interface, dividing them into categories such as “Open,” “In progress,” or “Closed” for easy tracking.
