Contacting support #
To initiate a conversation with the support team, navigate to the dashboard and locate the headset icon positioned in the top right corner of the screen, next to the profile and language selector. Clicking this icon opens a support window or redirects you to a chat interface where you can communicate directly with a support agent.
Support panel options #
Once the support icon is selected, a panel opens on the right side of the dashboard offering several interaction options. You can get help from the AI or open the ticket pressing “Get support from Human” to request direct assistance from an agent.
Ticket creation #
After selecting the support option, you’ll see a new pop-up window with the option to manage your tickets. Click the Create ticket button to begin the process of opening a new ticket. Once you click “Create ticket,” you’ll be asked to complete the necessary information to describe your issue or request. Make sure to provide clear details to facilitate the support process.
You can check the status of your tickets from this same interface, dividing them into categories such as “Open,” “In progress,” or “Closed” for easy tracking.
