Go to the chat: The first step is to press “Chat with agents” in the left sidebar.
Choose the support: Legale has three support platforms, depending on your question you must choose “Sales“, “Administration” or “Technical“.
Attach documents: You can attach documents like a screen printing or another document by pressing the white clip.
Choose the file: From your documents you can choose the document you want to attach in the message.
Send the message: After you attach the file you can write the message explaining your problem and Legale support will contact you soon as possible.
