Unified action: everything is Reassign (removed “Transfer” on folders)

What it is:

We unified the action name that moves items to another user. Previously, selecting a folder showed Transfer while selecting a file showed Reassign, even though both did the same. Now, in every context, the action is named Reassign.

Why it matters

• UI consistency (less confusion).

• Easier onboarding for new users.

• Clearer docs and support.
