AIFixed an issue in Form Engine forms used through Automations when an attachment variable was configured with the Create New File method.
Previously, the first participant could complete and submit their section successfully, including the attachment. However, when the next participant attempted to complete their section of the same form, a Service Error occurred and prevented the process from continuing.
The form can now be completed correctly by multiple participants in sequence, including forms with attachment variables, without interrupting the automation process.
