Added native support for Excel and CSV files in the Migrate API.
Files uploaded in Base64 now preserve their original file type instead of being processed as PDF documents. This ensures Excel and CSV files are stored, downloaded, and accessed correctly, enabling seamless migrations without file corruption or invalid PDF previews.
