New Feature – Forms Permissions in User Roles

Added a new Forms permission group in User Roles to control access and actions within the Forms module.

The new permission group includes:

• Create Forms

• Share Forms

• Edit Forms

• Delete Forms

These permissions allow granular control over form management actions. Buttons and actions within the Forms module now respect the assigned role permissions (e.g., Create, Share, Edit, Delete).

To ensure backward compatibility, all permissions are enabled by default for both existing roles and newly created roles.
