Bug Fix – “Invalid Date” Error for Valid Date Formats in Forms

Fixed an issue where date fields in forms incorrectly displayed “Invalid date” for certain valid date formats.
Previously, users could select a valid date, but the system failed to recognize it correctly depending on the format used.

Now, supported date formats are processed correctly, and valid dates are accepted without triggering validation errors.
