Fixed an issue in simultaneous signing workflows where pending signers received repeated notification emails each time another signer completed their signature.
Previously, this caused duplicate notifications and unnecessary email noise.
Now, each signer receives only one initial pending-signature notification, and no additional emails are sent until the document is fully signed. Final signed document notifications continue to work as expected.
