Bug Fix – BUK Migration Supports All Valid RUT Formats

Fixed an issue where the BUK migration did not correctly process certain valid Chilean RUT formats, specifically RUTs below 10 million and RUTs with a K verification digit.

The migration now correctly recognizes and processes these RUT formats, allowing the corresponding users and records to be migrated without validation errors.
