New Redesign for Cloudia – Unified Support Interface

Introduced a new “Need Help” tab to streamline support interactions and reduce confusion between support, Cloudia, and internal ticket systems.

  • Removed the support icon from the upper right corner and the Cloudia icon from the lower left corner.

  • Replaced both with a single “Need Help” tab, which provides three options:

    1. Start a conversation with the Cloudia chatbot.

    2. Open a new window with the Legale.io tutorials at https://legale.io/docs/.

    3. Access the Request Support chat, replicating the previous support icon behavior.

  • Updated the support chat language to remove duplicate text and include the request number.

  • Added Cloudia’s avatar to conversations and changed the chatbot’s response color from blue to light orange, aligning with Legale’s branding.
