Fixed an issue in Forms (Create/Edit Form) where the toggle labeled “Send only form” had incorrect wording and reversed behavior.

The label has been corrected to reflect that it is a display option (e.g., “Show/Display only form”).

The toggle logic now works as expected, correctly enabling/disabling the only form view mode.
