Bug Fix – Deleted Contacts Can Be Recreated with the Same Email Address

Fixed an issue where deleted contacts could not be recreated because the system incorrectly detected their email address as a duplicate.

Now, once a contact is deleted, its email address can be used to create a new contact without triggering duplicate validation errors.
