New Feature: AI Integration in Smart Documents

We have introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within Smart Documents, enabling users to create and improve document content directly inside the editor.

With the new AI Assistant, users can generate content by simply providing a prompt. This feature can be used to quickly draft contracts, forms, agreements, and other types of documents, making the document creation process faster and more efficient.

Once the AI generates the content, it can be inserted directly into the Smart Document template and edited as needed.

Additionally, AI Shortcuts have been implemented to help users refine existing text. These shortcuts allow users to quickly perform actions such as improving writing, simplifying language, expanding or shortening content, changing tone or style, and translating text.

This new functionality helps streamline the creation and editing of Smart Documents, allowing users to build document templates more efficiently within the platform.
