When Downloading a Folder, Not All Files Are Downloaded

Fixed an issue where not all files were included when downloading a folder, particularly when multiple files shared the same filename.
The system now correctly handles duplicate filenames by renaming or differentiating them automatically, ensuring that all files are successfully downloaded from the selected folder.
