Current Date Error in Data Capture

Fixed an issue where the first field on the Data Capture page could be mistaken for the current date.
The first field now correctly shows the form submission date, and the current date is displayed only in the “Current Date” field. Labels and UI copy were updated to remove ambiguity across the form, exports, and API responses.
