Bug Fix – Missing Notification Options When Creating or Editing a Form

Fixed an issue where several notification configuration options disappeared when creating or editing a Form.
Previously available options such as Send, Signed, Rejected, and When the form is completed were not visible after the update.
These options have now been restored, allowing users to configure all notification behaviors again.
