Bug Fix – Data Capture Service Error and Smart Document Dropdown Styling

Fixed an issue where Data Capture displayed a service error when accessed from the side panel.
Additionally, a styling issue in the Smart Document dropdown was corrected, restoring proper contrast and visibility so users can clearly view and select documents.
Data now loads correctly after selecting a Smart Document.
