Fixed an issue where My Tickets incorrectly required an attachment to create a support ticket. Users can now create tickets successfully with or without attachments, as intended.

Fixed an issue in simultaneous signing flows where the Cloud Certificate signer lost the ability to sign after the Remote Signature signer completed their signature. Now, each signer retains the correct signing availability until they complete their own signing process.

Fixed an issue where downloaded document filenames were truncated when they included a RUT variable.Previously, documents containing a RUT in the filename could be shortened or cut off during the download process. Now, downloaded documents preserve the complete filename, including the full RUT value.
