Bug Fix – Workflows and Suffix Variables Not Loading When Editing a Form

Fixed an issue where, when editing a Form:

• The Workflow tab remained in a permanent loading state and did not display existing workflows.

• The Suffix fields (Suffix1–Suffix4) did not display the variables from the associated Smart Document.

The Workflow list now loads correctly, and the suffix selectors properly show Smart Document variables for selection.
