Attachments now preview correctly when opened from the email signature link

Fixed an issue where attachments would not preview when the signer accessed the document through the email “View and Sign” link.

The affected workflow was:

  1. The document had attachments correctly configured under “Attached file”.

  2. The signer accessed the document from the email → View and Sign.

  3. In the document viewer, the attachments appeared under “Attachments”.

  4. When clicking the preview (eye) icon, a new browser tab opened but the preview screen remained completely blank and the file never loaded.

This issue happened only when entering through the email link.
Previewing attachments from within the platform worked normally.

Fix implemented:

  • Attachments now load and preview correctly when the document is opened from the signature email link.

  • Preview behavior is now consistent both from the email and from within the platform.
