Variation in Form Appearance Depending on How It Is Sent

Fixed a display issue where forms sent in bulk through automations appeared misaligned on mobile devices — fields were cut off on the right side and the “Submit” button was partially hidden.
The form layout is now consistent across both sending methods, matching the correct mobile display shown in the reference image.
