Added several improvements to the ticket creation experience
- File attachments in ticket creation
Users can now attach files when creating a new ticket , similar to the behavior available in app.legale.io. - Category and subcategory selection
Since the viewer is associated with a user context, ticket creation now includes the appropriate category and subcategory options. - Dark mode text visibility
Improved ticket text visibility in dark mode by correcting colors and contrast so content can be read properly.
