Bug Fix – Admin Change Now Transfers All Settings and Shared Items

Description:Fixed an issue where, after changing the system administrator, several configurations and shared elements remained associated with the previous administrator instead of transferring to the new one. Result:All related items — notifications, shared files, reports, signature settings, and automations — are now correctly transferred to the new administrator during the change process.
