New Feature — Data Management Improvements

The Data Management module has been enhanced to improve document tracking, filtering, and data visibility.

Advanced Filters

A new filtering section allows users to easily locate records using multiple criteria, including:

  • Smart document

  • Start date / End date

  • Request status

  • Entity type

  • Category

  • File name

  • Description

  • Request compliance

  • Comment

These filters help users quickly find specific documents and requests.

Expanded Table Information

The data table now includes additional columns to display more information directly, such as:

Date, Status, Entity type, Category, File name, Description, Attached files, Request compliance, Comment, Name, Lastname, Position, Rut, Start date, and Salary base.

Export to Excel

Users can now export filtered results using Download as Excel, allowing easier reporting and data analysis.

Result

These improvements provide better data organization, faster search, and improved document management within the platform.
