Sharing the form link is essential to facilitate the signature collection process. By sharing the link, you can invite others to review and sign the form remotely and seamlessly, streamlining the process and ensuring a quick response.

Share the link of the form: You have two options to share the signing link to your form. The first option is just copy and past the link in your browser.
Select the form: The second option is to select the form that you created.
Share the form: And press “Share” in the top bar.
Share settings: You must type the email you want to share the signing link, if you want to put an expiring date and send the full document or only the form. Press “Send” to send the signing link by email.
Add signer: You must complete the variable fields at first for each signer you want to share the form. In this case, the first dynamic signer is Diego. So, he has to complete the variable fields that we set before. For this example, the {{2}} field is the name.

The {{3}} field is the RUT
And in this template is required an ID identification that we can drag from our documents.
Dynamic signer: Since we choose a dynamic signer at first, you must add that respective signer data like the first and last name, and the email where this signer will receive an email with the signing link.
Send to the signer: Press “Submit” when you finish the signer settings.
Dynamic signer view: The dynamic signer will receive an email with the sign notification. Must press “View and Sign” to see the document.

The dynamic signer can reject the document or press “Next” to approve it.
The dynamic signer must choose the sign method and press “Sign“.

Second signer view: Since we put a second signer in the document, after the dynamic signer signed the file, the second signer will also receive a sign notification and must repeat the same process.
The second signer can reject the document or press “Next” to approve it.
The second signer must choose the sign method and press “Sign“.

Signed document: You can see the signed document in the dynamic folder you selected before and the file is saved with the file name you also selected before. And the document now has a status of “Signed“.
Document view: Press the document and you will see the final document with all the signatures in the body.
