In this documentation, we will guide you through the different actions you can take with already uploaded files, giving you full control over your content.
The ability to perform various actions with your files is essential to maximize efficiency and productivity. Whether you need to share, edit, organize or download files, our features allow you to work effectively and get the most out of your digital resources.

Folder managing #
Download the files inside the folder: If you press “Download“, you will download all the files that you uploaded.
Confirm the decision: All files have been downloaded in pdf format and inside a folder named “Upload Example“.
Share the folder: You can share the folder with other user by pressing “Share“.
Choose the user: You must choose the user that you want to share the folder and press “Submit”. To learn how to create a new user, please see Creating a new user(*) – legale.io
Integration: If you press “Integration“, you will be redirected to the SFTP Integration section to move your folder.
SFTP folder link: If you press here, you can link your SFTP server and move your folder.
All files managing #
If you select all the files inside the folder, you will unlock four new actions that will affect to all the files.
Delete all the files: Press “Delete” and you will delete all the files and the folder will remain empty.
Download: If you press “Download“, you will download all the files from de folder, also on pdf extension.
Move to another folder: Press “Move to” if you want to move all the files to another folder that you have on your drive.
One file managing #
If you select only one file from inside the folder, you will unlock new actions that will affect to the file that you have selected.
Download and delete the file: Same as the all files managing, you can download and delete the file that you selected.
Version of the file: Press “Version” and you will see the version history of the file.
Upload the file: You can upload a new version of the file, you must drag or select the new version from your documents and press “Upload“.
Share with other contact: Press “Share with external” and you can share the file with a contact that you have on your account.
Share document: You can share this file with everyone by just pressing “Share document”
Insert the email: Insert manually the email where you want to send a copy of the file and then press “Send“.
Set alarm: Press “Notification alarm” if you want to set a notification alarm for this file.
Create alarm: You can set and configurate your alarm and assign a title, range of date, recurrency, mail or notification center warning. After you set the alarm, you must press “Save“.
Edit the file: Press “Edit” and you can edit the file, change the subject or the name.
Confirm the decision: Press “Save” to save the changes.
Attach a file: You can attach a file to the file that you selected by pressing “Attached file“.
Select the file: You can drag or select from your documents a file to attach to the main file.
