Senior Product Marketing Manager (Remote)
Legale is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager with a knack for B2B solutions to join our team. This role is all about teamwork, requiring you to collaborate across different areas like market positioning, partner marketing, and sales strategies for our state-of-the-art SaaS solutions. We need someone who can understand both business and technical aspects, ensuring our customers get the best experience possible. At Legale, we value efficiency and quick thinking, so we need someone who can keep up while also planning for the future. You’ll report to the Group Product Marketing Manager and have the chance to make a big impact.
What you’ll do:
- Work with different teams to plan and execute how we launch our products and features.
- Come up with unique ways to talk about our products, understand our customers, and create messaging that's easy to understand.
- Dig deep into customer feedback and data to figure out what our customers need and how we can give it to them.
- Help shape our product strategy and future plans based on what you learn from customers.
- Train our sales and customer service teams on how to talk about our products and keep our messaging consistent.
- Always be trying new things and learning from them to improve how we do things.
- Keep an eye on how well our products are doing and what features our customers are using the most.
What you’ll bring:
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Marketing or Advocacy, especially in SaaS and B2B.
- A degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Intercom is a plus.
- Being able to use data to guide your marketing decisions and explain technical stuff in a way that makes sense to our customers.
- Experience running a customer reference program and creating compelling case studies.
- Knowing how to create marketing campaigns that get customers engaged.
- Great at writing and talking to people.
- Good at working with different teams and talking to senior executives in a professional way.
