Senior Manager, Compliance Advisory Services (Remote)
As a Senior Manager in Compliance Advisory Services at Legale, you’re a key player when it comes to information security and following the rules. You’re the go-to person for making sure our platform keeps things safe and follows all the necessary regulations. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you make sure our clients are ready for audits and that they’re meeting all the requirements for keeping things secure and private.
What you’ll do:
- You will lead and manage our Compliance Advisory Services team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation. You will analyze key data to improve team effectiveness.
- You will collaborate with other teams to integrate compliance advisory operations into the company's overall strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner for other teams, providing compliance advice and participating in content creation.
- You will advise clients on creating security policies, preparing for audits, and adopting Legale. You will keep documentation up to date and address client questions.
- You will research and stay informed about the latest technologies and standards in security and privacy.
- You will provide feedback to the Product team to improve the platform and assist with internal compliance initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- You should have at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
- You've got more than 5 years of experience helping companies make their security and compliance programs work, and you know all about rules like SOC2, ISO 27001 and more.
- You've spent more than 2 years checking that companies are following all the rules they need to, and you know your way around security services like those offered by Azure.
- You understand how the Shared Responsibility Model works, especially when it comes to SaaS companies.
- You're a great communicator, and you're comfortable leading meetings and training sessions with big-shot types like CISOs and CTOs.
- You're always learning and looking for ways to get better at what you do, and you're happy to dive into the latest rules and tech to stay ahead of the game..
