New Fields and Assignment Rules in “Contacts”

Description:
In the “Contacts” section, three new mandatory fields have been added to the contact form:

  • Company

  • Department

  • Assigned User (to assign tickets individually)

Additionally, the priority order of the fields has been improved to make the form easier to understand and complete.

Behavior:

  • Each user can only see the list of users assigned to them.

  • This also applies to users with view-only permissions.

  • If the “Assigned User” field is empty, the user can see all users, as it currently works.

Additional Feature:
Users can now upload files using the existing CSV function.
This is considered a new feature.
