A new feature has been implemented to improve the user experience when encountering error or warning messages on the platform.
Since around 80% of tickets originate from error notifications, this enhancement provides users with alternative, self-service tools through CloudIA, helping them resolve issues faster and reducing unnecessary ticket creation.
The update includes:

Informative text and action button allowing users to ask CloudIA for help.

Action trigger to open the CloudIA chat window directly from the error message.

Copy-to-clipboard icon so users can easily copy error details when needed.
This empowers customers to get immediate assistance without having to open support tickets.
