Enhanced the display of forms to ensure consistent layouts across desktop and mobile devices. Forms configured for a single-column layout will now preserve this structure on mobile. Dropdown fields have been adjusted to display correctly without compression, and the submit button is now fully visible and accessible on smaller screens.
Fixed an issue where the Cloudia chatbot’s Send button was unresponsive. After typing a message and pressing Enter or clicking the button, nothing happened and the message wasn’t sent. The issue has been resolved so that messages are now delivered correctly, displayed in the chat, and responses are generated as expected.
Fixed two issues in the My Tickets section: The menu now correctly highlights in orange with marked text when selected, matching the behavior of other menu items. Resolved an error that occurred when creating a contact with viewer access, ensuring the process completes without issues.
Resolved an issue where the document viewer displayed the same file repeatedly, showed some attachments only as thumbnails, or failed to display others entirely. All attachments are now displayed correctly in their original format and are fully accessible to the end user.
Fixed an issue where the “Next” button on the dashboard filters was unresponsive after being clicked. The navigation now works correctly, allowing users to proceed through filtered results.
