Activate & Deactivate User Accounts

We have added a new management feature inside the Users module, allowing administrators to activate or deactivate user accounts directly from the platform.

 Deactivate User

When a user is deactivated:

  • They can no longer sign in or use any feature of the platform.

  • Their license becomes available, allowing the client to assign or create a new user within their subscription plan.

  • The deactivated user will remain visible in the list with a clear “Deactivated” status, so they can be reactivated at any time.

 Activate User

When reactivating a user:

  • Activation is only possible if the client has available user slots in their subscription.

  • If no user slots are available, activation is blocked and the system will display a message such as:
    “You cannot activate this user because you have no available user slots in your plan.”

 Important Notes

  • This new feature is independent from the Support/Responsibility module, where support agents enable or disable capabilities.

  • The activation process respects the subscription limits shown in the client’s plan details. If the maximum number of allowed users is reached, activation cannot proceed.
