Description:
A new “My Tickets” interface has been developed to align with the current design of the main Tickets module in Legaliza.io.
This interface should include the same functional elements available in the main view to ensure a consistent and complete ticket management experience.
Required Additions:

Solve ticket — allow the user to mark a ticket as resolved directly from the “My Tickets” view.

Close ticket — enable closing tickets from the same interface.

View details — open a detailed view of the selected ticket.

Ticket priority — display ticket priority labels (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Urgent).

Ticket status — display current status (e.g., Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed).

Assigned user — show the user responsible for the ticket.

Date — display the ticket creation or update date.
Expected Behavior:

The interface must mirror the design and functionality of the main Tickets page (as shown in the provided screenshot).

All actions (Solve, Close, View details) should be available and functional from this section.
Objective:
Ensure full feature parity between Tickets and My Tickets, improving consistency, usability, and workflow efficiency.
