Solutions Engineer (Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced and successful Solutions Engineer to join Legale, someone who loves selling technology solutions to senior executives. In this role, you’ll focus on getting new prospects and making sure our existing customers are happy and renew their subscriptions. Key goals include getting new customers, keeping them happy, selling them more, and helping the whole sales team and business succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with sales executives to plan and execute important deals during the sales process.
- Set up better ways for different teams to communicate, making things run smoother.
- Handle all the technical parts of answering requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
- Tell our R&D teams what our clients need so they can improve our products in the future.
- Help sales executives with showing off our solutions to potential customers without making things too complicated.
- Support sales executives in selling our solutions to potential customers.
- Find the right solutions to our customers' problems and explain them well.
- Make and give presentations and demos that show why our solutions are valuable.
- Collect and write down information about our competition.
- Make financial models to show how our solutions can help in each sales opportunity.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, especially in the SaaS industry.
- Experience in making proof of concepts.
- A history of selling or supporting complicated solutions for big companies.
- Good at building strong relationships with senior executives.
- Able to explain complicated ideas in simple ways.
- A solid background in technology, with some knowledge or experience in software development and web technologies.
- Great at writing and talking to people.
- Excellent at making presentations and coming up with creative ideas.
