Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration (Remote)
As the Senior Manager in Salesforce Administration, you’ll lead our team of Salesforce administrators and developers who support Legale’s GTM organization. Specializing in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing solutions, you’ll be proactive in finding ways to solve business problems with robust and scalable solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll be a key member of our Business Operations team, bringing a track record of success—preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you’ll do:
- Work with business stakeholders to plan and provide guidance on technology and architecture.
- Manage relationships with Salesforce and other vendors, staying updated on new trends and releases.
- Implement strategic enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce instances to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, flows, and data integrity.
- Lead CPQ/Billing deployments and optimize billing workflows.
- Manage Salesforce projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project documentation.
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team and stakeholders, providing feedback and fostering collaboration.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in a management or team lead role.
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including administration, development, CPQ, and Billing.
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer, CPQ, and Billing certifications.
- Advanced experience managing complex SFDC instances while following best practices.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Suite skills.
- Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and other key SaaS performance metrics.
- A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
