Customer Marketing Manager (Remote)
As the Customer Marketing Manager at Legale, your main goal is to build strong connections with our customers and highlight their success stories. This helps us grow by keeping our customers happy and bringing in new ones. You’ll work closely with customers, making sure their voices are heard and their achievements are recognized. Your success will be measured by how engaged our customers are and how many success stories we can share.
What you’ll do:
- Share our customers' success stories creatively, like writing case studies and making testimonial videos.
- Manage how we communicate with customers in our product, including announcements and guides.
- Run our customer reference program, finding customers who are willing to talk about their experiences with Legale.
- Get customers involved in webinars to help us grow and keep existing customers.
- Talk directly to customers to understand their needs and share that feedback with other teams.
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to create programs that help our customers succeed.
- Keep track of how well our programs are doing and report on their impact.
What you’ll bring:
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Marketing or Advocacy, especially in SaaS and B2B.
- A degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Intercom is a plus.
- Being able to use data to guide your marketing decisions and explain technical stuff in a way that makes sense to our customers.
- Experience running a customer reference program and creating compelling case studies.
- Knowing how to create marketing campaigns that get customers engaged.
- Great at writing and talking to people.
- Good at working with different teams and talking to senior executives in a professional way.
