Sales Director, Emerging Accounts (Remote)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Director for Emerging Markets to join Legale, bringing 5-10+ years of experience in client-facing, management-level roles in the SaaS industry. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Associate Account Executives. We need someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a history of success.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, hire, train, and get a team of Emerging Sales Executives up to speed to secure new bookings.
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookings targets for the Emerging Markets, with monthly and quarterly goals.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives on important metrics like deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy, and help them through proactive sales cycles.
- Coach Sales Executives in building relationships with Commercial accounts and handling complex deals and negotiations.
- Help shape the go-to-market strategy and execution for your region.
- Meet and beat weekly and monthly targets for meetings, opportunities, and new contacts.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to create messaging, materials, and maps tailored to your region's needs.
- Hold weekly forecast meetings and advise your team on strategies to close deals.
- Support your team by leading client and prospect meetings and bringing in other company resources when needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience leading high-performing Commercial Sales teams in a B2B tech company.
- Great at building relationships, with over 5 years of Commercial sales experience.
- Comfortable managing sales processes, including negotiations based on business value, legal factors, and procurement.
- Know-how in selling to C-level executives in the Security field.
- Experience setting quotas and helping teams reach them.
- Passionate about coaching others, with a history of success as an individual contributor and the ability to share your closing experience with a growing team.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
