Sales Development Representative (Remote)
We’re on the lookout for outstanding Sales Development Representatives to join our awesome team! Legale is changing the game in security and compliance automation and is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups out there. As part of the Legale SDR team, you’ll have a key role in our innovative and fast-paced Sales Team. Your main job will be to reach out to potential customers (through email, phone calls, and social media) to find those who could benefit from what Legale offers. You’ll often be the first person they talk to from our company, aiming to set up meetings with our Account Executives. This is a great chance for SDRs to be part of a team where everyone is welcome and to grow their careers significantly.
What you’ll do:
- Dig deep into accounts, find the right people to talk to, and spark their interest through calls and emails.
- Keep a well-organized sales pipeline, making lots of calls, sending emails, and using social media to reach out.
- Hunt for new leads online and through social media, using tools like LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Handle inquiries from customers who reach out and turn them into opportunities.
- Listen carefully to understand what customers need and explain how Legale can help.
- Meet and beat weekly and monthly targets for meetings, opportunities, and new contacts.
- Keep track of all your interactions with customers in our CRM system, Salesforce.
- Have meaningful talks with top executives at potential customer companies.
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment while staying organized, positive, and open to feedback.
What you’ll bring:
- A track record of success: 1-3 years in sales development or inside sales; experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
- Curiosity: You love learning new things, whether it's about concepts, technologies, or different types of people.
- Taking the initiative: You're driven, motivated, and resourceful, not afraid to try new things and tackle tough challenges.
- Organization: You're great at paying attention to details and can handle lots of different tasks at once.
- Communication skills: You enjoy talking to people and are great at getting your point across, both in writing and in person.
- Passion: You're excited about using your skills to make a difference.
- Confidence and willingness to learn: You believe in yourself but are also open to feedback and ways to improve.
