Implementation Manager (Remote)
As an Implementation Manager at Legale, your job is all about making sure our clients get the most out of our software. You’ll be the go-to person for setting up our solutions for our clients, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
- Getting to know our clients inside and out, figuring out exactly what they need from our software and how we can make it happen.
- Rolling up your sleeves and configuring our software to fit our clients' needs perfectly, making sure it matches their way of doing business.
- Working closely with our sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams to make sure everything goes off without a hitch and our clients are happy.
- Solving any problems that pop up during the setup process, whether they're simple glitches or tricky technical issues, and teaming up with other teams if needed.
- Keeping detailed records of everything we do, from client requirements to software tweaks, so we always know what's what.
- Testing everything to make sure it works just right for our clients, and making any adjustments needed to make sure they're happy.
- Building strong relationships with our clients, being someone they can trust and rely on from day one.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a must, and any extra certifications in project management or related areas would be awesome.
- 3+ years of experience in software setup or a similar role, with a solid track record of getting the job done.
- You've got to know your way around SaaS software and cloud-based solutions like the back of your hand.
- You're a problem-solving whiz, able to tackle even the trickiest technical issues and explain them in plain English.
- You're a great communicator, whether you're chatting with clients or talking tech with our engineers.
- You're all about making our clients happy, and you'll do whatever it takes to give them a great experience.
- You're a team player who's always willing to lend a hand, even when things get hectic.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where things can change in the blink of an eye, and you're always up for the challenge.
