Director, Commissions (Remote)
As the Director of Commissions at Legale, you’ll be in charge of creating, implementing, and managing our commission plans. This role is really important in shaping how we reward our sales team and driving their performance. You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure our plans are fair, accurate, and help our business succeed financially.
What you’ll do:
- Designing commission plans that match our goals and targets.
- Building and growing a team to handle commissions in a fast-paced environment.
- Helping other departments work better with our commissions structure.
- Working with leaders and finance to set clear commission guidelines.
- Making sure commissions get paid correctly and on time.
- Keeping track of sales performance and updating our systems.
- Solving any problems or mistakes with commissions.
- Looking at sales data to see how well our plans are working and finding ways to make them better.
- Making reports and presentations to help our leaders make decisions.
- Making sure we follow all the rules and laws about commissions.
- Training our sales team on how commissions work and helping them with any questions.
- Checking our commission reports to make sure they're right.
- Helping with special projects related to commissions.
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing commissions or sales operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowing a lot about sales and how to calculate commissions.
- Being really good with commission software and tools.
- Being able to understand data and use it to make decisions.
- Great communication skills and working well with others.
- Being super organized and able to handle lots of things at once.
- Being a good leader and helping your team do their best.
- Being able to handle changes and work fast.
- Valuing teamwork and help other departments.
