Customer Success Manager, Shared Success (Remote)
As a Customer Success Manager with a focus on shared success at Legale, you’re all about making sure our customers have the best experience possible while achieving their goals. You play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer experiences and helping our customers get the most out of our platform.
What you’ll do:
- You'll be working closely with our emerging markets customers, alongside a team of other Customer Success Managers and our dedicated teams in Customer Success and Go-To-Market.
- Every day, you'll dive into data about how our customers are doing, using that info to guide your work and make sure our customers are getting what they need.
- You'll be there to give proactive support and advice to our customers, helping them get the most out of our platform through smart automation.
- If our customers have questions or need help, you'll be there to answer them promptly and make sure they're satisfied, sticking to our internal response times.
- Sometimes, you'll have impromptu meetings with customers and key folks from our team to tackle specific challenges and celebrate milestones.
- You'll help build up our library of resources, both for our team and for our customers, to make sure everyone's getting the most out of what we offer.
- You'll team up with different parts of the company, like Customer Success, Go-To-Market, Operations, and our leadership teams, to spot opportunities to create value for our customers and for us.
- If a customer needs some expert advice or help, you'll know when to bring in our technical or compliance teams.
- You'll make sure our customers know about all the resources we offer and that everything's clear and transparent in our interactions.
- And most importantly, you'll build strong relationships with our customers, becoming someone they can trust and rely on.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, with a background in shared success or technical teams being a plus.
- You should be comfortable using communication tools and CRM systems, as well as shared inbox software.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or GRC would be awesome.
- You've got to be a great communicator, a good listener, and someone who uses data to make decisions.
- Team player who's open to feedback and always willing to learn.
- You've had some wins in a fast-paced environment, and you know how to roll with the punches.
