Customer Success Manager - High Touch (Remote)
As a Customer Success Manager at Legale, you’re all about putting our customers first and making sure they have the best experience possible. You’re not just managing accounts; you’re building relationships, ensuring customers stick around, and helping them get the most out of our platform..
What you’ll do:
- You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, making sure they're happy, using our platform well, and sticking with us for the long haul.
- Work closely with different teams across the company, like Customer Support, Sales, and Operations, to find ways to make our customers even happier and to spot opportunities for growth.
- Team up with our sales folks to make sure we're always selling the value of what we offer, not just pushing products.
- Keep an eye on how our customers are doing, using data and feedback to make sure we're giving them what they need.
- You'll have regular meetings with customers to set goals, track progress, and make sure they're keeping up with compliance requirements.
- Arrange special meetings between our customers and our teams to make sure they're getting the most out of what we offer.
- You'll have big-picture meetings with execs from our key customers to make sure everything's on track.
- Dive deep into our platform so you can help customers find and use the features that are most relevant to them.
- If there are any risks or issues, you'll jump right in to sort them out with the team, making sure both our customers and Legale are on the same page.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management and 5 years of experience working directly with customers.
- You should be a pro at using communication tools and managing customer data.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus, especially if you've worked in security or compliance before.
- You've got to be a great communicator and able to break down complex ideas into simple terms.
- You're all about the numbers and love using data to make decisions.
- You're a team player who can roll with the punches and adapt to changes.
- And you've got a track record of success, especially in fast-paced environments.
