Senior Manager, Customer Education(Remote)
As the Senior Manager of Customer Education at Legale, your job is all about making sure our customers know how to make the most of our platform. You’ll lead the way in creating training programs and materials that help our customers succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Working with different teams across the company to come up with a plan for teaching our customers all they need to know.
- Creating all sorts of materials to help our customers learn, like videos, guides, webinars, and more.
- Using your skills in instructional design to make sure our training materials are interesting and easy to understand.
- Making different training programs for different types of customers, like regular users, admins, and tech experts.
- Getting new customers up to speed and making sure they're pros at using our platform.
- Listening to feedback from our customers and using it to make our training materials even better.
- Working closely with our product, support, and marketing teams to keep our training materials up to date and relevant.
- Keeping track of how well our training programs are working and using that info to make them even better.
- Leading a team of customer education pros, helping them do their best work and achieve their goals.
What you'll bring/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field (Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, etc.).
- Minimum of 6+ years of customer education experience with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- You've worked in customer education before, ideally in the tech industry.
- Great at managing lots of projects at once and making sure they all get done on time.
- You're a fantastic communicator, whether you're writing or talking.
- You know your way around tech and can understand how complex software works.
- If you've used Learning Management Systems or eLearning tools before, that's a big plus.
- You're someone who takes charge and gets things done, even when no one's watching.
- If you're passionate about cybersecurity and compliance, that's even better!
